Service Description

A Sidewalk Astronomer will come to your home, organization, or camp and teach you about the Earth's orbit around the Sun, and the four geometric points that mark the solstices and equinoxes. Then explore features on the Sun with a solar telescope, and as night falls, learn how to locate and recognize planets along the solar system's ecliptic path. Activity: construct a SunTrack Diorama Great for ages 8 and up. Free rescheduling due to inclement weather. **NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AND YOUR EVENT WILL BE DEPRIORITIZED FROM OUR SCHEDULE** Family Event Cost: $300.00 Organization Cost: $350.00 Required Minimum Deposit: $150.00

Cancellation Policy

Booking deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel or reschedule your event less than 7 days before your event, you will be charged a $25.00 fee. If our educators reach out to change the date due to special circumstances (i.e. weather) you will not be charged any extra fee. In the event of inclement weather, our educators will contact you to discuss and reschedule the event free of charge. No shows are not refundable in any amount, and your event will be deprioritized from our schedule until we can fit you in.
